Darren has been with the team since 2014. He worked his springer spaniel Millie for over 10 years attending over 150+ callouts together. After retiring Millie in November 2024, he is now training his second dog, Koda. Darren is an operational Team Leader, Search planner, Search Operations Controller and Lost Person behavioural specialist, as well as being the teams Vice-Chairman. Darren's day job is as Director of Software Engineering for SITA.
